J.R. Maxwell Builders used the foundation of a smaller preexisting home as the starting point for this extensive custom home project, expanding the footprint to create a larger, thoughtfully designed residence for the homeowners. The project also included a three-car detached garage with a private upstairs in-law suite, adding both functionality and flexibility to the property. Modern, elegant construction, expansive windows, and carefully selected architectural features help define the home, while custom cabinetry and millwork in the kitchen and living areas add warmth and character throughout. The custom woodwork was crafted by Mink Run Millwork, a division of J.R. Maxwell Builders.
