Historic Home in Upper Bucks County Gets Some New Life and a Modern Addition

This original, historic stone home in Upper Bucks County was renovated and expanded by J.R. Maxwell Builders in such a way that the new and the old accentuate each other. Stone facades on the exterior are inspired by the stonework used in the original structure, and the original stonework is incorporated throughout the interior of the addition as well. A new master bedroom and bath, kitchen, living area, garage and lower office and guest area were all a part of this extensive addition. Custom millwork and stairs by Mink Run Millwork complemented the renovated and newly built areas.
