Good evening Jay and James,

Now that thanksgiving has come to pass I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your employees for a phenomenal kitchen remodel. From Kelly organizing EVERYTHING (as well as allowing me to bounce decorative ideas off her throughout the design process) to Pete first creating a 3D CAD of the EXACT imagine that was in my head then later bringing it to life. Smitty’s craftsmanship, attention to detail and refusal to cut corners goes beyond words, every time I look at my kitchen I will be thinking of his hard work, including all the trouble shooting required for that dang refrigerator surround! Keith was great, very easy to work with, very receptive when I had questions or concerns (which was daily), quick follow up on all fronts. I was also impressed by his willingness to jump in to help out his crew when needed in order to move things along. I know I am a bit of a control freak (and at times I can be difficult) so even he was able to deal with me.

John and I made thanksgiving dinner and for the first time EVER we were both able to cook in our kitchen simultaneously without getting in each other’s way, that is a huge accomplishment for us and in my mind speaks volumes for how well the kitchen was planned out and brought to fruition. I know I have a bias since I designed it but my kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and I have you to thank for that. Equally important to aesthetics is function and it functions perfectly as planned. I am so thankful Adelaide recommended you. Thank you for a job well done. I wish you all a happy and healthy holiday season and new year!

Yes, from start to finish, you’ve made this a pleasant experience. Beginning with Kelly getting back to us right away, to your dad’s visit to the quality vendors you work with , to you being on top of things and communicating with us on a regular basis.
